If I have a SVC 4 ohm sub, and a 2 channel 37.5 wattsrms per channel amp... How can I wire this to get the lowest ohm and highest wattage out of my amplifier?

Your stuck with a four ohm load.  To get the most power, wire your amp mono (L+, R-).

So, you are saying, take the + of one channel, and the - of the other and wire them up like that?

take the positive (+) from the LEFT amp channel and put it on the positive (+) sub lead and take the negative (-) from the RIGHT channel and put it on the negative (-) sub lead...
