 my new setup is going to be 2 alpine type r 12's the d2 versions on a sundown 1200d

this is going to be wired at .5 ohms daily

need to know what kind of voltage and wire i should use

im thinking of  having  2 kinetic 600's with 1/0 guage will that hold it though i dont wanna blow my amp

can someone help

1) OK great!

2) One question is your amp half ohm stable?

3) Well i saw altima so i know it's a car, so i'm guessing twelve volts or there about! LOL

4) Amount of batteries and size of power wire is way overkill, i'm no expert, and i can tell  you this!  Four gauge will be fine!

And then check the wires under your hood...(the big 3)...Maybe he listens to the system with the car OFF alot...!? What kind of box are they going into(size)...? "My power wire is bigger then yours"...!

Ref the power wire; bet the main battery feed is about 4 gauge, so why 1 gauge amp cable? Violation of 2nd law of thermodynamics, or you can't get out more than you put in!
Are you aiming to hit the space station? You will if you run those amps on 1/2 ohm.
Personally, I'd run a split charging system with a deep cycle battery in the rear.
