radio problems

Got a loaded Ford '03 F-250, put in Sirius H2A today & now the power windows don't work and the power to the stock ford radio doesnt work either checked all the radio and window fuses and they are all good

Did you check the main fuse pannel under the hood?  Thats where the constant power fuses are, could also be a circuit breaker.  Did you disconnect any harnesses or pull hard on any wires?  The power could also shut off if door, light ect left on to long ( GM does this, Ford?) turn key and power might come back, but check every thing else first.
