Hey everyone,

I'm installing an actuator in each door of my '92 Integra (2-door).

I did this about 8 months ago, and recently blew up the actuators, so
I have to replace them.  So everything is already wired (thank goodness!),
but I'm having trouble reinstalling the actuator.  "Why don't you just
put them back in the same spot?"  Good question...the new actuators are
a little bigger for some reason, and don't quite fit there.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for doing this.  I actually

saw someone not use the little metal cube to connect the actuator's rod to
the locking rod, but instead drilled a hole in the locking mechanism and looped
the actuator's rod through it (bent it around).  That was pretty cool because
it seemed more secure than the original method.  I would like to do that, but
I'm still having problems mounting the actuator to the door itself.

Any clues?  (Pictures would rock!)

Thanks.

¿anybody?  I'd like info before I actually bend the actuator, and then get stuck.  I guess this isn't as popular as I thought?

How long can you wait for pics ?? I'm getting the doors fiberglassed on our 92 Teg and I won't have the doors to take pictures of what I want to show you before Sunday.

Anytime you could post pictures would be awesome.  I installed one actuator into the passenger door, and it works pretty well BUT when the actuator "pushes" towards

the end of the door, the door's rod stops before the actuator's...and therefore the actuator itself moves off the door slightly.  Ugh, tough to explain...something like this picture:
