I'm new to the game and was wondering if anybody could give me some pointers on making a box fit the contours of a trunk without using fiberglass.

ALOT of time and mdf, and ALOT of cutting too.when you really wanna get custom. do the trunk with cardboard then trace it onto the MDF, and cut it out.

yea i usually use cardboard and trace it, another way is sometimes you need to use aluminum foil to mold to every curve and bend, then u can trace that on the MDF board
