Is there any possible way i can use a battery from a Jumper 2500 to power an amp. The Batery is 12v just like any other car battery. Would it smoke my amp if i did that. And would it work if i did'nt have a power antenna(REM) hooked up.

The reserve capacity of the portable battery would not power your amp for any reasonable amount of time.
Explain to me why you would not power the amplifier via the vehicles primary electrical system??
I hope you understand that it is not the vehicles primary battery which is powering your amp, but the alternator.
