Does anyone know what's the employee discount at best buy? Is it the same for all employes or do installers or manegers get higher discounts?

Generally it is no difference. It works out to, and correct me if I am wrong, 9.9 points on whatever you buy. Managers may get cost but I dont beleive so

Best Buy's discount is based on the Manufactorer's Markup. It's not a set percentage. We get anything from nothing off to 70% off. Management and get the same discounts as employees but they recieve print outs on items that will offer extra discounts to BBY employees and they don't always share this info.

What exactly do you mean by 9.9 points? Percentage?

Mabye I should explain my self better. I mean that you get to buy product for 9.9 points/percentage above dealer cost.

we get cost plus 5%

I am going with what Best Buy Canada gives, which is cost plus 9.9. It doesnt surprise me that the states is defferent being as the Candian side is under completly different managment at all but the highest levels.
