The Rockford amp will be alot of amp for that sub !! ( Not complaining here ) I would change the Power Acoustic 2 channel amp and trade it in for a 4 channel amp so it can power all 4 speakers rather than have two speaker be powered by the deck. If you don't want to change the amp then just make sure that you power the fron speakers with the Power Acoustik  and then power the rear speakers with the CD player. Also, you may find that your 1 farad cap may not ( just a thought here ) supplement your Rockford amp enough. Depending on how much current draw your Power Acoustik amp is drawing, you may still find that under high volumes and bass heavy songs, you will get dimming lights.

Good set up though in that little truck, you will definitely be heard Wha u think of this? -- posted image.

i think that if you take time to move the wires and set up proper grounds, youe eq will not make noise. if you don't, any and every eq you put in there will whine

yea...the cap isn't enough for that amp...i have burned up one of the voice coils in the speaker...had to have it replaced...but it does pound though....and as for the EQ....i've heard that DHD doesn't have a good grounding system....i've tried different grounds......

I seriously doubt that not having a bigger cap burnt the voice coil. Excessive distortion and or just tooo much power is what burns voice coils.

well..i'm not saying the small cap burned up the voice coil.....it probably is too much power.....they need to change the rating on the speaker....if i burn this one up too...then i'm goin to probably go with the FlameQ series or Linear Compression...or if u have suggestions tell me
