Hello, hope this is the proper forum to post this question. The horn quit working in this saturn, I replaced fuse and it failed on contact. I checked the voltage to the circuit and got 12.5 volts. I then pulled the plug at horn, there was some corrosion so I cleaned that up. put another fuse in then plugged the horn in..fuse blew again. I can find no relay for the horn in any of my books so I am a bit confused on how to test this circuit. The plug is a 3 wire 2blk, 1 red seems I should have power across the red and at least 1 blk figuring the other to be switch to ground does that sound right? Any help would be appreciated. dave

Any chance the HORN itself might be the cause for the fuse to be shorting out? Test and Check to see if the horn itself is working correctly.

That's what I am thinking, I'll have to make up some test leads to check it. Won't have access to car till tomorrow, but will post whatever I find. Thanks for your input.

That's great. Glad you found the problem. There is no worse feeling than driving into a situation to find out that the horn is not working.
