I am planning to install a bluetooth carkit in my wifes 2005 Pacifica. According the the wiring diagram, there is a pin on the radio marked "eva mute". Is this the pin I need to connect the muting wire to inorder to mute the stereo for incoming/outgoing calls?
I also want to run the audio output to the front speakers. The car kit I am looking at, by Motorola, does not require an external amp., so can I just tap into the front speaker wires to enable this?
Thank you

Try grounding that wire with a computer safe test light. If the radio turns off, then that is your wire. As far as running sound through your audio system....you cant.
