hids stuck on highbeams

I put a bixenon hid kit in my girlfriends car (97 Plymouth breeze 9007 bulb type) when i did the first light it was switching from hi to low beam and working fine so i went and hooked the second light up and then they would not switch from low to high beams. I looked on the dash and the blue highbeam light was stuck when the headlights are on and would not go off unless i unhooked the plug from the harness that goes into the factory headlight wire. I tried troubleshooting it a little bit but it was dark i switched the wires on the plug that goes to the factory headlights because sometimes those are 9004 plugs and that did not work i also unhooked the one headlight and went back to the one that was orginally working with no luck there either. any advice would be appriciated im going to try to hooe the old headlights up tomorrow to make sure that the hid kit is the problem for sure but i am about 90percent sure it is.

Got the problem fixed i switched only two wires on the 3 wire female plug got in contact with the seller and had to switch all three.
