I connected an aftermarket amp and subs to the factory bose system and all it does is hum very loud when i turn it on. If I turn down the sensisitivity on the amp to damn near nothing and disconnect the subs and reconnect, the aftermarket pioneer subs and kenwood amp sound OK. But as soon as I turn the car off and on again the loud bass hum comes back and I have go through the same process to get rid of it again.. Please help! I spliced into the factory subs to rum my aftermarket subs... It seems like the factory amp is overdriving the aftermarket kenwood amp??

Here's what I would do with original Bose:  rip it all out and replace with aftermarket.

Do a Google search of the 12volt forums for the word "bose".

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
