Hey i would like to know if pioneer head units offer Balanced outputs(DEH-P5000UB) from their RCA outputs. I would also like to know if the 4 volt RCA output signal degrades from head unit to the EQ and then to crossover then to the AMP.

1: Per the item's website, it doesn't appear to offer balanced output. Single-ended, standard 4V RCA connections... Sorry.
2: ANYTIME you put any additional connection or device (either passive or especially active - such as an EQ, line-driver, crossover, etc.) in a signal path, it will degrade the sound, so, a qualified yes. Qualified in the respect that if the device in-line has better specifications than the signal's source, it will not be as destructive as it could be, but still adds destructive distortions, regardless.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
