Two voice coils, each one is 4 ohms.  Each one has two inputs, mainly so that in rare situations someone might want to insert PHAT wires into every one of them for that PHAT WIRY look.  But only one + and - on each coil needs to be used...using both is called "parallel wiring" and changes impedance factor.

So use just one input at each coil.  Here's a page from crutchfield.com  They show you the manufacturer's ported box requirements on that page.  A dual ported box would have to have ports the same diameter but twice as long as what you see on that page, and therefore a larger overall box size.  Keep it one port and as close to the 1.4 cu ft per sub spec as possible.  Best thing to do is have somebody build a box for you.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

I was editing/ adding so there's a bit more info in my last post.  Good luck with your setup.

Unfortunately, a little too good...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
