Does anyone know the best way to make a right angle with 4 gauge wire. Thanks.

Use a product like stinger HPM wire or kickers flex wire, as wire goes. Very flexible wire.

This is a t  distibution block from Stinger. It will allow you to do the 90. I think they make one just for a 90 but i could not find it.
