I am put 4 6x9,4 5 1/4,2 3 1/2,and 8 doom tweeters on a 80.4 JBL amp. I want to know if that is to much to put on one amp?

that all depends on impedance...how many ohms is each speaker respectively?
honestly, each one of those speakers, assuming they are all 4 ohm, will only end up receiving 10W, if you can wire them all down to proper impedance levels...
I am not going to sit here for the time it will take to make a wiring diagram for this right now, but you are going to be underpowering everything pretty much, and really are just going to be disappointed in the outcome...

I would get at least another 4 ch amp it will just sound better and louder. you can wire the tweets in the the 4 5 1/4's and 6x9s i would run the 3 1/2's off of the head units front high level speaker out puts.
