I've got one of these tucked away in my closet and was wondering how it would stand up to today's models in the $500 and under class of 4 channel amps.

There are more efficient newer technology amps available now, but they cost a lot more than that amp is going to cost you. My theory is, if you have it, at least try it to see if it meets your desire. If it does not, then look at replacing it.

I really enjoyed it the last time I had it hooked up. IMHO its very clean and musical with decent power. I've decided to replace the Bose system in my Mazda 6s so I'm bringing it out of retirement. Going to use 92db sensitivity speakers with it so they should'nt starve for power with it.

Does anyone know if it has balanced or unbalanced inputs? The manual doesn't say either way so I'm guessing they're unbalanced.
