wiring 2 subs with different ohms 4ch amp

Hi, new to car audio so go a little easy on me!!

I have 2 pioneer subs 12 inch dvc 1400 watts each but the problem is one is a d2 and one is a d4. i have a 4 channel amp 1200 watts max and 600 rms, 4x150 rms at 2 ohms. The first 2 channels are hooked up to 2 pioneer 6x9 speakers so i have two channels left for woofers. My question is how would i wire the subs so i get equal power from both without damaging anything? Do i wire them up on different channels. Do I connect them together and bridge them. Is it possible for me to run both subwoofers at 2 ohms each so i get the 150rmsx2 for max rms power?? Please give me a detailed response in how to hook up the subwoofers. If possible, please use MS paint to illustrate the wiring. Any help will be greatly appreciated!! THX!!

No, this would result in a 1-ohm load.  Not what you want.

Sure you could do that.  You stated your amp is rated at 4X150 watts into 2-ohms, which means it will handle a 2-ohm load per channel.  If this is correct, then using one coil of the 2-ohm DVC on channel 3 and paralleling the two coils of the 4-ohm DVC for a net 2-ohm load on channel 4 will work.  It will max out at 150 watts into each sub, according to what you stated.  Posting the amplifier model number might help.
