I got a really good deal on a Lanzar Maxp1200 monoblock - I read alot of reviews before buying this amp and decided to give it a shot anyways. I hope someone with some experience with these amps can shed some light on to my questions.

Is this really a Class D amp? Most sites say it is and some do not (??)

I know this amp is overrated but what kind of RMS watts can I expect into 1 Ohm (it is 1 Ohm stable)?

According to Lanzar it is a MOSFET class A/B amp rated at 450 watts into 4-ohms.  They claim it is stable at one-ohm and list peak output at 1200 watts into one ohm.  But since it only has 90 amps of fusing, I suspect the real output level is around 800 watts, with pretty high distortion.  Lanzar is a really cheap brand known for inflated ratings that are meaningless.
