I've got an 04 RAM quad cab. I just bought an eBay sub box that holds 2 10s. I also bought 2 JL 10W0V3-4 Subs. I also have aquired a Rockford Fosgate P300-1 mono block amp. With the info given, how should I wire these subs to this amp and what should I expect for watts/ohms/sound quality. I have plans to buy another amp after Christmas if this one won't cut it. Thanks in advance everyone.

Noone answered, because there's no way to tell you, really...
Mono amp. Loaded with 2-ohms. You'll get 300 watts, split between the two drivers. There's the first portion, the part we CAN answer.
Secondly... Unknown box quality or volume (THE most critical part of the entire issue...) Bracing? No? Probably none, being a fleaBay bought enclosure. The walls are gonna buzz like a mosquito, and color your response. Rockford amplifier? I'm no fan. Low damping means poor bass control, that in and of itself will say "bad" to the SQ part, but you're REALLY dinging the total SQ issue with a pre-built (and poorly built, I'm sure) un-tuned enclosure. Return it if you can, and build your own for BEST results. If it;s beyond your capabilities, do your LOCAL car stereo shop a favor, keep 'em open maybe just a LITTLE longer. and have them build you an enclosure that's CORRECT for your drivers.
Sorry it took so long to jump in... I just saw your post this AM. But there's the short answer to your query.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
