I am in the process of installing a eclipse avn5435 into my 2005 f250 lariat. I am having a hard time locating the speed sensor wire and the reverse. I have found several places on the net that say the speed sensor is pin 14 on the radio harness but that is for a 05 f150. Don't know if it is the same for the f250. The reverse wire I haven't found any info on , and I realy don't want to run a wire to the back up light as a trigger. Little help would be great.

Thanks

i am an idiot

which radio do you have from the ford?...some have the speed pulse, some don't. should be grey/black at the radio or if not the cruise control servo under the hood. as for reverse, it's at the fusebox, behind the driver side dash panel. BLACK/ pink if memory serves me, at one of the connectors towards the left side of the box. should be able to remove the four 10mm head bolts to access.
