Well after looking online for a few hours, It does not seem possible to add an aux to the OEM radio without using a FM modulator. I am seeing if it is possible to wire up a 2007+ GM radio since it has the AUX already. I heard the wiring has changed along with the way the steering wheel controls work. Any advice would be great!!
(I WILL NOT SWITCH TO AN AFTERMARKET RADIO) I like the OEM look.

it doesnt list the torrent in the application list so i would say no it doesnt work. these adapters work on certain type of GM radios, they make different level radios even in the same year and that adapter is probably for the upper level radios and bose system radios.
you cant swap the radio in your torrent for a newer model gm radio because they are 100% different. they also use a data signal from the specific car it came out of in order to turn the radio on so it isnt possible to just hardwire the new radio to the old wires. also the new radio is a different shape and the side mounts are totally different. it would be much much more expensive to do this type of conversion than it would be just to install an aftermarket stereo. even a cheaper radio with a USB should have better connectivity options than your stock radio.
