clarion vx401 freezes during remote start

I just installed a Clarion VX 401 DVD stereo and a Viper 5706V alarm / remote start.  Everything worked perfect except my Clarion VX401 will not turn on if the remote start is utilized.   The colors on the lights in front change, but it kind of freezes.  So I put a volt meter on the accessory 12V and constant 12V and ran through a keyed start and a remote start and could not tell any difference in voltage.  If I key start the truck it works fine.  If I turn the stereo off before I turn the car off.   Then start the car by remote start, then turn the stereo on, it works fine.  If I remote start, let the stereo freeze, then brake continuity to the 12 accessory then hook it back up it works fine.    So I thought it was a current problem.  I hooked up a rely to the 12V accessory, drawn off the 12v Constant, turned on by the 12V accessory, still did not work.  So then I ran a wire to the battery positive to the rely input and it still did not work.  So then I was thinking ground.  I ran a wire from the battery ground to the stereo ground and still no luck.  I’m stumped, so I figured I would get on here and see if someone with a little more experience on here could help.Thanks in advance for any help! 

Just a wild arse idea.. are there any relays on the remote start install possibly for a 2nd or 3rd acc. that could be spiking back into that circuit? Long shot but...just an idea to ponder.To master and control electricity is perfection. *evil laugh*

Well I didn't find the actually problem, but I did find a good fix. I wired up a 555 chip time delay circuit. It delays the power to 12 accessory by 5 seconds and works great.   And probably a good idea to wait tell the start start sequence is finished before powering on the stereo.
