I have4 Soundstream SPL 10 at .25 Ohms

I need help please. I have installed my own systems for years now. I own the original SOUNDSTREAM Equiptemnt. I have a Class A Picasso , and a Class A 10.0 running .25 ohms on my 4 SPL10s. They hit so hard I have never had problems with the subs. The amps over heat but I fixed that with a fan.

MY PROBLEM IS

I have just moved my system form my Mazda 626 to my New Dodge Durango.

Now I am having problems with my fuse holder. It now gets hot to the tuch. So hot it almost burnt a hole in the carpet of my truck. My wires are all good im running 2 gage all the way threw. Deep cycle in front and 2 farad in back. Never had problems with my wires heating up. The only hot spot is on my fuse holder which brakes my 2 gage to a 4 strate the the 10.0. I have a 80 amp fuse on that.

The only thing I can come up with is my ground is not good enuf. Keep in my every thing was working before in my old car.

I cant go 20 minutes with out the fuse blowing or heating up dangerously hot.,

What is causing so much resistance? I even redid my ground and sanded to the metal. I might find another spot to try to ground it but I dont think I can find a better one. I use the third row seat bolts that hows the seat to the frame of the truck.

And the system works fine when its not banging hard as hell. But when the SPL goes up the fuse block gerts hot real quick.

HELP PLEASE this is driving me crazy never had this problem before myu system was working great for over a year. Now a new truck and I cant bang her like I want.
