so I bought an explorer and I tried putting in a headunit but I think I blew the fuse to the ignition wire to the stereo, so im asking, where is the fuse? where does the wire go? how can I fix this without wripping the dash apart? (the wire is black and yellow)

We are guessing it is a 1993, is this correct? Have you looked for a fusebox under the dash on drivers side?
