Hi there,
As the title says I have a 2007 Lincoln Town Car with the THX sound system with Navigation.
I'm replacing the factory head unit with an aftermarket and have a question about powering the factory amp in the trunk.
I thought I was supposed to run +12v to {Pin 9 Subwoofer, High, mute} and {Pin 18 Subwoofer Enable}.
When I run power to Pin 9 everything seems to work. It doesn't seem to matter if I provide power to Pin 18 or not.
Connecting pin 18 without pin 9 doesn't seem to do anything.
Should I run it with just pin 9 or do I need 18 as well for some reason?
thanks

Oops, I messed up on the above description.
I'm not running 12volts to pins 9 or 18.
I'm using an AFDI-5V so it's only 5 volts.
