I was wondering if anyone had an idea for a custom sub box in a 94 Eagle Talon.  The enclosure will house 4-12"Fosgate Punch HE's.  The space is limited so i want to make sure i do it right.  A link to a website that deals with this stuff will work if anyone doesn't have a good idea.  Thank-you very mush fo5r your help.

Check out this site and do a search for your vehicle, should be able to find many different ones and maybe get your head full of some ideas.

RF recommends 1.25 cu. ft. for the Net Internal Volume (not including sub displacement). The displacement of the 12" HE's is 0.085 cu. ft. So you're overall total Gross Internal Volume should be 1.335 cu. ft.
RF suggested enclosure external dimensions for 1 HE sub is 19.75" x 14" x 12" using 3/4" (0.75") MDF. That will give you a Gross Internal Volume of 1.386 cu. ft. or a Net Internal Volume of 1.301 cu. ft. which is pretty damn close!
There are many online volume calculators that you can use. Here's a link to the12volt's calculator and another to Basic Car Audio Electronics calculator. The second link also has alot of info on enclosure building besides just the calculators. You may also want to check out the Subwoofer DIY page for a little more onfo on sealed enclosures.
Here's a link to Rockford Fosgate's 2002 Enclosure Building Guide as well. Good luck
