Blowing Fuses....not grounding out tho...

I helped my brother in law install a set of Infinity Kappa 5 1/4" as well as 2 Soundstream 10's into his rig, and the 30 amp fuse keeps blowing after a while of playing.

I was thinking that there might have been an issue w/ the way that it was wired, so I thought that I'd ask here.
Equipment:
Amp:  Vega 3402
Subs: Soundstream 10's
Mids / Highs: 2 way Infinity Kapp 5 1/4’s
Is it possible that after a bit of playing that the amp is going to be pulling too much juice and causing the fuse to blow? All the wiring is fine, and as soon as you put another fuse in there after checking it all out, it's good to go for another 20-25 min..and that fuse is toast. I turned the gains all the way down, and it's still doing it....:ugh:
Can the way that you wire the speaker cause the amp to draw too much power and kill the fuse?

Do you have the specs for that amp? Also how do you have everything hooked up (subs to amp) and where are you getting the power for your mids and highs?

My Guess is that your impedance is 1-2 ohms at the input of your amp and your amp is not meant to be driven this hard. Look at the specs of your amp and measure your input wiring with a Multi-Meter
