Ok, so here's a question for you: I bought this fan and it didn't come with any wiring manual in the box.  It has a red and a blue wire.  Does anybody know what these wires are for?

Well, my best guess would be that the red is the rem turn-on and that the blue is the gnd.  I suppose I'll find out when I hook it up!  Lightnig Audio Strike large cooling fan -- posted image.

Is this one of their stand-alone fans or one of the fan modules designed to mount on a LA Strike amplifier?

Then the two wires are probably ground and +12V... to tell which is which, hook them up to your battery and see which way yhe fan blows.  If it is with the arrows on the housing, you have it correct.  Use a relay that is activated off your remote power, as in most cases a remote power signal will not be able to supply enough current for a fan.  There is a good primer on relays on this site if you don't understand them, as well as a seperate forum on Relays.

Best.
