i was wondering if i would re wire my entire car with about 12 gauge wire , would make everything sound better? would it make a huge difference? I am running 4 jl audio vr speakers and about 75 watts a channel, I would apperciate any reply!

if you are using the stock wiring now, i would maybe suggest wiring it with 14 ga to the speakers if you are running then off an amp, and like 10ga for subs, but if you are running the speakers off the h/u i would reccomend maybe an upgrade to 16 ga for the speakers, nothing to large for it will put more stress on the h/u.

but would it make a difference, and yea im using a 60x4 mtx amp and the H/U puts out 10 to 15 a channel... so thats about 70 to 75 watts? would this clear up the trebel, make the speakers handle more? Stronger bass?

the power of the amp and h/u dont add toghether, but using better wire would only make a small difference and would probolly only be noticable if your using aftermarket speakers
