just a curious question if someone can answer...

i have a kenwood 600 watt amp and 2 12" subs.  On the amp the left + - terminals do not work any more.  I know it's ghetto riggin it but, could someone tell me what might happen, if anything, if I have both right and left + - from the subs hooked up to just the + - terminals on the right.  To simpify, have both right and left subs operating on just the right terminal of the amp?  any info appreciated..thanks!

there is no significant difference, except there will be considerably less power, and you will be running in mono. from what i can remeber you will really be underpowering your subs, i would reccomend buying a new amp, maybe jbl or something

Yes this has happened to me before... you will drastically underpower your subs and mine were blown out within a year
