You will need a line out converter.  This connects to the factory speaker outputs (either at the speakers or under the dash) and converts it to a line-level signal for the RCA's to the amp.  Go to any good car stereo shop and they will have what yu need, or you can order them on-line at Crutchfield or Parts Express or any number of places.

You will need to get a high to low converter as mentioned above. Tap your converter into the rear speaker wires after the factory amp, which will then give you an rca signal to your sub amp.  You must tap in after the factory amp do not tap in before. The best way to assure you tap in after the amp is to tap the line just before the rear speaker. From the out put of the converter run your rca's to the sub amp, hook up your power adjust your gains eq's etc and you will be good to go.
