Does anyone know how many amps a factory alternator puts out on a 2001 2500 suburban with the 6.0lL vortex engine?

It will be indicated in your users manual, or any pamflet you have on the vehicle.
But it is safe to say it is above 100 amps, I would not be surprised if it was a standard 150 amp alternator though.

Found out it is a 105 amp alternator.
