I'm having trouble finding a wire diagram for my car. I'm trying to install an after market head unit, but possibly trying to keep using the factory amp for the speakers. However, I need to install my subs also. I could really use some help.

Wire it up using the harness adapter, and the factory amp will automatically be utilized.  For the subs, run some RCA cables from the sub preout (if it has one- if not you can use front or rear) on the back of the deck to your sub amp.  Run your remote turn-on from the blue wire with white stripe on your new deck's harness to your sub amp.  Run power cables and remote turn-on down one side of the vehicle, and RCA's down the other.

The factory amp on '00 and up Eclipses receives its signal and remote turn on through the 6-pin DIN cable at the back of the radio; on amplified systems, there are no speaker wires in the radio harness. To hook the radio up you can either run new speaker wires to the outputs from the fact. amp or use an interface plug to run your RCA signal through the DIN cable(usually about $30). If you want to run the subs and the factory amp, and don't have 3 sets of pre-outs, use y-adapters.
