Now for the Pioneer sub i would reccomend the Rockford Fosgate Punch 301S amp. Since the pioneer sub dosnt have dual voice coils this Rockford amp would be perfect for it because the amp can be bridged to get 300 watts. I would wire the pioneer sub the regular way to the Punch 301S amp. Since you probobly want to play both subs at the same time you will need a crossover. You will want one that will send for instance frequencies below around 40 Hz to the Pioneer sub and everything between 40 Hz and 80Hz to the JBL sub. I'm not sure what crossover setting would work best so you might want to ask some one else but a proper crossover will prevent cancellation between the two subs.
