I put in a new sterio a while back in my lude, and when i did the back speakers quit working, due to the Aquastic feedback system,  well now im installing new 6x9's in there place and i was wondering how would i go about doing the wireing due to the feedback system makeing it so that they dont work??

You should just run new speaker wire from the head-unit to the new speakers bypassing the feedback system.
