I've had a Alpine V12 MRV-T757 for a while.  Just wanted some suggestions on subs and proper ohm loads for it.  As well as wiring if possible.

That is a GOOD amp.  It'll pump an easy 300 to 400 watts RMS into a 4-ohm load when bridged.  You can use it with just about any 4-ohm sub (or set of subs with total impedence of 4-ohms) rated to handle this power.

Maybe a single voice coil eclipse aluminum 10 in a ported box?
