i am wanting to buy MB quart 6.5"s for the front. planning on making kickpods for them, the trouble is that i already have 3.5"s in the dash.
my amp, for filter for the fronts, is on high pass. but if i'm wanting to put in the 6.5"s in the fronts then i would have to switch to the normal filter on the amp. but that would blow my 3.5"s in the dash!
is there a way of wiring up the 3.5s up to the head unit or something and running my 6s from my amp or wiring both 3s and 6s on the amp!?

Sure just use the RCA line out for your amp, and the hu speaker wires for your 3.5's. your hu may still give them too much bass you may want to put a passive crossover on it.
