I talked to someone in this forum early, and they were helpful in leading me in the right direction, however, I am still having problems.  I hooked the remote turn on up and no sound comes out of the center speaker.  If I move the wires back and forth over eachother, it makes a "boom" noise, but as soon as I stop moving the wires, the noise stops.  I have no idea where to go from here.  If anyone has wired a 1990 LS 400 before and knows how to get the center speaker in the back to work, let me know.

Thanks

what are the wire colors? Sounds like an external amp on the center speaker.

There is a factory installed amp, there is a blue, pink, and 4 other multi color ones.  I hooked up all the wires that i could so i not sure where to go from here. the only 1 wire that is not hooked up and that is the interrupter wire from the head unit.  Other than that everything is connected to something else.  Any suggestions?
