I put a Kenwood CD player in my 99 Mountaineer, but my problem is that my wire colors do not match up with the colors posted on this site (except for the speaker wires). Right now I do not have the battery wire hooked up so everytime I turn off the car I lose my clock, station presets, etc. Does anyone know the correct colors to hook it up? Thanks.

just meter the factory plug for a wire that is live all the time.... it MAY be GREEN/ YELLOW or GREEN / WHITE....  you'll find it in 7 seconds with a meter

If you cut your factory harness, you may blown your fuze.  Check your fuses and retest your wires
