WOW, so my entire system pretty much got jacked right in front of my house... needless to say i think im going to claim homeowners insurance for it , the system totalled around 2500 bucks, im planning on building a system in the neighboorhood of 2800-3500$ to replace it.  The only thing that didnt get jacked was my jl audio xr speakers... Alrite guys, im lookin at reccomendations on a HU in the proce range of 500-800 bucks for SQ, sub setup around 1500$ - - and 2 10's for 1000 watts of sq. I already bought some speaker amps... And i bought a crappy pioneer for the time being until i can get a good HU when i have money.. OH ya, getting a 500$ clifford secuuurity on that car!

thanks guys,

matt  ;(

http://www.eclipse-web.com/products/cd/cd8454.htm

Eclipse's new 8454 would be a good place to start on the low end of your hu price target.

If I had that kind of budget for the sub setup I'd probably also look at Eclipse for the amp and subs as one option.

I've been hearing a lot of good things about the Adire Brahma subs.  Also heard the Memphis mono amps can rock.

I'm not sure man.  Never tried either (i don't have your budget!).  My advice would be to find an Eclipse dealer, take a listen, and maybe try to find someone that owns a Brahma you can talk to.
