Hello all. I have found this site to help me through many installs in the past. Thank you for the shared knowledge. I just recently purchased a 2004 Chevy Silverado with the LS trim package. The stereo consists of an in dash cd receiver with 6.5 components in the doors and 4x6 in the rear panel. I am looking into doing the factory installed bose stereo. This system is not offered in the regular cab, but with the right parts it should be fine. I need a center console that houses the subwoofer and amps, larger 6.5 door speakers and new 'A' pillars that house the tweeters. I will also have to replace the radio with the factory line level in dash 6 disc receiver. My question is where can I find the harness that goes from the new readio to the console/amp-sub area of the truck?

Ah, call everyone, a Bose system has escaped from the trash can. Don't do it dude. Replace the head with the factory 6 cd is fine by me, but run and run far away from the balance of the system. Find yourself a good 4 or 6 channel LOC ( www.audiocontrol.com the LC6) and a good 5 channel amplifer and some new speakers all the way around + a sub = happy listener with much better sound and less headaches as the Bose blows system.
Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.

BOSE - E = BOS

BOS - (the bottom loop on B) = POS

therefore...

BOSE = POS in disquise
