ok i just purchased a 04 dodge ram regular cab with the inifinity sound system, i have a aftermarket radio that i want to install, has anybody found a wire to hook up the remote turn on to, so it will turn on the amp? i really dont have the money to go buy a new amp, and i would like to not have to bypass the amp if at all possible. any help with this matter would be greatly appricated

you have to relocate the factory radio in order to turn the amp on, or rewire around the amp, the amp is turned on by the data bus in that vehicle.

stuff it under a seat or something, hes saying it needs to be connected in the vehicle in order for the amp to be turned on
