Could the HU ground cause this awful ground loop that I have.  I have tried everything else on earth as far as the ground for  my amps go. I'm just pulling at straws at this point trying not to have to start replacing pieces.

Might be worth a trip to your local installer. They might be able to hear and fix in 15 minutes.
