My Cd player recently fritzed out and I am looking to replace the entire unit with a new unit.

I am by no means a professional and am having trouble finding harnesses etc for a new install.  Near as I can figure it is a toyota head unit from an Avalon (model 08601 00852) with a slave cd (34224) with a Bose (?) amp under the passenger kick panel.

Long story short..is it possible to do a plug and play from the old to the new...the harness coming out appears to be a 15 pin (P500) and I want to go to a 16 pin..2 preamps unit.  I cant find any harnesses that will do the trick (tried Metra 70-1761, 70-5716 no good)...any suggestions...or is rewiring the way to go?
