SOmetimes when im riding, my system starts getting that rumbling noise/ thunder noise. When i hit the bumps it gets pretty loud. The thing is that is coming out of only one speaker. Please give me a list of everyuthing i should try to do to help correct this problem. thanks

You're not going to get a laundry list here, but I'll point you in a direction:  start troubleshooting by isolating.  First thing you can do is switch rear speakers with one another....and see what the results are.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

could be the grounds, or you have the wiring of the rca's and powers wires running together, they should be on opposite sides of the car,
