im having a problem w/ my stereo its a pioneer when i put it on the radio it starts to static when the bass hits but when a cd is on it wont static please help

like when your talking to someone with a walkie talkie and theirs interfierenceans the voice is staticy or when theres' no antanna hooked up to the radio, it gets all the channals but wheni crank the volume it starts to static
