I have two 12 subs facing each another. I want to mount my amps in between them. there will be 1 inch in height between the amps with one sub on each side about 2 inches from the amps. Will the vibration have a negative effective on the amps or are they designed to withstand it. I have two sony 12 inch subs and I have a Kenwood Excelon KAC-X541 and a Kenwood Excelon KAC-X811D.

It might be bad, it might not be...
1: Microphonics are BOUND to happen, this may cause your bass to sound muddy, or possibly even "echo-y". The vibrations can cause the transistors inside the amp to do odd things, electromechanically speaking.
2: Massive (maybe?) vibration like that will CERTAINLY shorten the life of the amp. How much? Who knows. Could be 10% could be 75%, but is it worth it to you?
Personally, I wouldn't do it...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
