I am creating a sealed box to contain 4 subwoofers, two 10" and two 12". THese speakers will be mounted across from each other, meaning two on one side and two on the other of the rectangular box. Two of the subwoofers will be firing in the box and two will be firing out. My question to you is, for the best sound should I seperate the subs from each other or just have one big chamber containing the recommended amount for all the subs? What would you recommend? Also, I will need to reverse the polarity of two of the subwoofers firing into the box won't I?

Yes you have to reverse the polarity on two of the other wise they will work on a push pull configuration. As dividing the box, it will be a good idea to prevent the box from falling apart and it will stop the box from flexing and coloring the speaker sound. Plus you have two different size woofers I will suggest putting the two 10 on one side and the two 12 on one side.Or better yet divide the box into four chambers each the right size for each woofer (and just in case you blow one of them the other three will be ok on their own box).
