Any ideas on why when I turn on the rear defrost in this Camry I get alot of static on the radio. I mean almost unbearable amount of noise. Any help would be great... Thanks..

I'd start looking at grounds first. What equipment is in the car?

What were the circomstances when it started? ie. Was the car just tuned? Did the car get hit? Was it wet, dry,  hot or cold when it started? Does it do it on both radio and CD?
